Ingredients

2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced6 tablespoons powdered sweetener, divided1 ¼ cup almond flour1 teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Add the sliced peaches to the bottom of a well greased 1.5 quart baking dish, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sweetener. Stir to combine.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients, and layer over the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

If you are preparing desserts for a party, bake the keto peach cobbler inside of individual ramekins.
For a bolder flavor, add a dash of nutmeg to the topping.
